Can I buy tickets on the day?
Yes, you can buy tickets on the gate, we do recommend purchasing the tickets in advance.

Can I leave and come back?
Lots of people have been asking if they can leave and come back later for the balloon glow and fireworks. Yes, you can leave and come back on the day, just make sure you have a stamp or reshow your ticket.

Can I book a balloon flight?
Virgin Balloon Flights will be operating over the weekend. However, they are currently fully booked. 

 Can I bring my dog?
We are a dog-friendly event. Well behaved dogs are welcome, we do ask that you keep them on a lead.

 Can I bring food and drink?
You can bring your own picnic, but strictly NO ALCOHOL or GAZEBOS, bag searches will be in place on the day.

 Is there Parking?

If you’re driving, there is a car park which will be signposted as you approach the event. Disabled parking is available here.

What times do the balloons go up?

The balloons will be taking off between 6:30 and 7:30 am and 6:30 and 7:30 pm both Saturday and Sunday. We cannot confirm the total amount of balloons, unfortunately as it can vary each day depending on the pilots.
All balloon flights are weather dependent, the Facebook page will be updated regularly regarding the weather conditions.

Will we be able to watch the balloons?

Gates open from 6am to 8am, but we request that everyone has vacated the grounds by 8am.
